Nanao is 5' 4 1/2" tall, and fairly slim - some might say petite, but that isn't quite true, as her frame is well-muscled. Not overly so, of course, but certainly more than one might expect.

Roughly 140 to 150 years dead, and she was in her mid-twenties when she was killed. Physically, she looks to be in her mid-twenties.

Her posture is military in precision when she's in uniform, but it relaxes a little when off-duty. She rarely slouches unless she is literally at the end of her mental and physical tether and completely exhausted, which is quite rare.

Despite wearing glasses, Nanao is not short- or long-sighted at all, and has no physical disabilities.
